Livingston from Lot No. 5 of Beekman's Patent, (Rhinebeck Precinct) in Rhinebeck, Dutchess County, New York after a dispute with John Rutsen over land originally a part of Beekman's Patent. The map includes the Splitz Line to the Steen Valletyo and indicates area landowners.
